While most items in the shop are ready to ship, some will be made to order and may require extra time to prepare for you. Please read the item descriptions carefully to be sure of how long your piece will take to make and ship.
Ready to ship items will be posted within 1-2 business days. Orders within Australia will usually be received in 3-5 days, United States 2-3 weeks, and Europe around 3 weeks. However, these times may vary depending on many unforseeable and uncontrollable factors.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any import fees or taxes that may apply. While we endeavour to ship all orders within the time quoted, Brave Little Buckaroo can not be held responsible for any delays due to customs, weather, or other world events that may affect shipping times.
We love custom requests and encourage you to contact us with your ideas, colour combos, and personalisation requests. All embroidered pieces can be made in any colours of your choice and personalised in just about any way!
We will always stay in close contact along the way and do our best to complete your piece within the time frame quoted, but please remember to factor in the extra time it may take when ordering for gifts or special occasions - earlier is better than later!
In some cases we may require a deposit to begin work on your custom made piece. Please contact us and we can worth together to creat something wonderful just for you.
Returns & Refunds
Brave Little Buckaroo will gladly accept returns in the event that the item ordered is damaged, faulty or not as advertised. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your order and we will endeavour to find a solution.
In the event of a return, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
We do not accept exchanges, cancellations or returns on custom orders or personalised items, but please do contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
