About Brave Little Buckaroo
Hello! Welcome! I'm Tamsyn - the quilter, designer and maker behind Brave Little Buckaroo and I'm so happy you found me. I live in Ellenbrook, which is in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth, Western Australia where I offer longarm quilting services and run this website and shop from my home studio. My shop space is not currently open to the public, but I am happy to offer one-on-one (or small group) shopping sessions by appointment. If you would like to arrange a time to come and visit me here, please feel free to get in touch.
Brave Little Buckaroo is the culmination of a lifetime of creative hobbies. I have always loved making things and currently enjoy quilting, garment sewing, knitting, embroidery, cooking, gardening, etc. In years and decades past I have owned a beading and knitting shop, made and sold countless project bags to knitters all over the world, designed quilts, embroidery and cross stitch patterns, taught workshops, worked at various craft and fabric shops, and now enjoy making videos and crafty tutorials on YouTube.
As I extend into the longarm quilting space and vastly expand my inventory of fabrics for sale, I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to all of your treasured heirloom creations.

FAQ and Policies

Domestic Shipping: Most orders will ship with Australia Post either the same or next day. I offer a flat rate of $12 shipping on all orders under $200 and free shipping on all orders over $200. Express shipping upgrades can be selected during the checkout process.

International Shipping: Most orders will ship with Australia Post either the same or next day. Shipping is calculated by weight at the standard international rates as published by Australia Post.
Shipping to the USA: If you are in the United States of America and would like to shop with me, please contact me by email. It is not currently possible with my website provider to have the tariffs automatically calculated at checkout, but if you let me know what you need I would be happy to create a custom listing for you with all tariffs included. Expect most items to be 10-15% higher than shown in the listing, plus postage.
If you are in another country that I don't currently ship to, please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to find out if I can reasonably ship to you.

Returns: Returns on cut fabric are not usually accepted unless the fabric is received damaged or flawed. Other items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, shipped at the customer's expense, as long as they are still in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. A refund or exchange will be processed upon return. No refunds or returns are offered on digital products.
