Cosmo "Hidamari" ("sunny spot") thread is 100% smooth Japanese made cotton, perfect for traditional Japanese sashiko stitching, mending, knitting, crocheting, knotting, decorating, and more.  It is a smooth thread that resists fraying and is available in variegated and solid shades. A good choice for thinner, lighter looking stitch lines. Hidimari won't shrink, bleed or fade with washing and it is easy to handle. Size  #22/6.
