The leadlight quilt is a simple design that uses either a layer cake, yardage, or scraps, and some background fabric.
 
Suitable for a confident beginner. Those skinny strips may require a little bit of patience and precision, but it is great practice for keeping a consistent seam allowance and matching up lots of straight lines.
 
This kit includes all the fabric you need to make the Leadlight quilt top and binding with the Moda Bella Kansas Red background. Please see the digital mock up image for an idea of what the quilt will look like in this fabric.
 
The Leadlight quilt finishes at 65" x 65".
 
In your kit, you will receive the following:
1 x Gingerbread Lane layer cake.
Background and Binding Fabric: 2 1/4 yards [2m] of Moda Bella Kansas Red
 
Please note that backing fabric is not included in this kit. If you would like to purchase backing fabric, you will need 4m of regular quilting cotton with one horizontal seam or 2m of 108" wideback fabric.
