From the designer: "Seven years ago I decided I would really love some company while I sew. So we checked with local rescues in our area and found the sweetest little kitten friend for me, Cosmo. He was so delightful to have around that we started fostering other sweet little kitties too. We've fostered for several years and many kittens have come and gone, all except one, a very shy little guy we named Stitch. Stitch is scared of most things, but he loves to spend time in my sewing room, prefers sleeping on quilts, and always keeps me company while I sew.
 
This collection pays homage to my favorite furry friends and those wonderful days together in my sewing room. For Cosmo and Stitch and now Georgie. Cats and quilts, the perfect pair. I don’t know how I ever sewed without them."
