Festive edition!!  Join me for this one day all-inclusive workshop and learn how to make the Simple Stars Quilted Wall Hanging or Table Runner.  During this beginner-friendly workshop you will learn how to sew and assemble quilt blocks, how to join them together into a quilt top, and how to baste, mark, quilt, and bind them into a finished project. 
 
By the end of the class, you will not only have a finished (or at least nearly finished) wall hanging or table runner, you will also have all of the knowledge and skills required to carry on and make a full size quilt if you want to.

Simple Stars Wall Hanging or Table Runner (12" x 36")

Time: 10am - 5pm
Location: My Fabricology at Unit 33/4 Wicks Street, Bayswater. (Perth, Western Australia.)
Cost: $145
 
A full workshop kit will be provided and includes:
*All the fabric you need to make the Simple Star blocks - precut and ready to sew.
*Cotton batting.
*Backing fabric.
*Binding fabric.
*Coordinating thread for assembling and quilting.
*Hand sewing needle.
*Dowel rod for hanging.
*Written instructions to take home and use again.
 
What you need to bring:
*Sewing machine with foot pedal and power cord.
*Quarter inch foot and walking foot for your sewing machine if you have them. (These are not completely essential, but will make things easier. Many machines come with them, so do bring them if you have them!)
*Small cutting mat, quilting ruler and rotary cutter for trimming blocks.
*Erasable marking utensil, such as a Frixion, chalk, or water erasable pen, or a hera marker.
*Pins and/or clips.
*Scissors and/or snips.

I will have various tools and supplies on hand for students to use on the day if required. Some items will also be available to purchase if you would like to invest in your own. Please feel free to let me know if you are unable to get your hands on any of the listed requirements, or if you have any other questions or concerns, and I will do my best to accommodate.
 
Light refreshments, tea and coffee will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.  Refrigerator and microwave available.

Cancellation Policy:
Payment in full is due at time of booking. Emails with reminders and further instructions will be sent closer to the date of the workshop to the email address provided at checkout, but please feel free to reach out with any questions at any time.
 
Cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the workshop date will be refunded in full.
 
Cancellations made within four weeks of the workshop will receive 75% of the total workshop cost as Brave Little Buckaroo store credit. This can be used on another workshop, towards purchases on the Brave Little Buckaroo website, or as credit towards longarm quilting.
 
Cancellations made within one week of the workshop will not be refunded or given store credit.
 
In the event that this workshop does not meet the minimum number of attendees to be viable, it may be cancelled or postponed. In the event of cancellation due to this or any other unforeseen circumstances on my end, attendees will be given as much notice as possible and will be refunded in full.
